Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all labor, vehicles, transportation, bins, and mechanical equipment for completing the mechanical shredding of garments and uniforms. b. Contractor shall provide, at not cost to the County, the containers and bins as request by individual County locations that best meets the individual operational needs and requirements. All containers and bins used for the collection of materials for shredding shall be labeled with the Contractor’s name and contact information. Contractor shall provide a three (3) yard, rolling bin. Recycling containers shall roll and have lid or lids attached and hinged at rear of container and bin where the lid or lids shall be raised to deposit materials. Contractor shall only provide containers and bins with locking lids and tops required to maintain the security of the items placed inside for recycling. c. Contractor shall provide Containers and bins shall be clean, leak proof, and in good condition. Contractor shall enter County work locations and shall be required to place, pick-up and exchange containers and bins in equal or greater sizes as requested. Contractor shall not receive the assistance of County staff for the moving of Contractor’s equipment.
