Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Pre-implementation Activities Task 1.1: The Contractor shall participate in the analysis and review of existing training materials by meeting and conferring with the DMHC Contract Manager at a minimum of 60 days prior to the launch of each cohort. Task 1.2: The Contractor shall establish a project timeline outlining roles and responsibilities of the Contractor. Task 1.3: The Contractor shall establish a communication plan outlining key communication content, recipients, dates and the communication vehicle. Task 1.4: The Contractor shall establish an online portal appropriate for hosting curriculum and reference materials accessible by DMHC Academy participants, the Contract Manager and other key DMHC staff. Task 1.5: The Contractor shall schedule and book all training rooms. Training rooms must be scheduled within a one mile radius of DMHC’s downtown Sacramento location. Deliverable: The Contractor shall submit, for approval, to the DMHC Contract Manager the following: a) Written report outlining recommendations to improve existing materials b) Project timeline c) Communication plan d) Online portal e) Training course schedule including location to be held Task 2 – Implementation Activities Task 2.1: Forty-five days prior to initiating each cohort, the Contractor shall submit to the DMHC Contract Manager for approval: the finalized Academy curriculum (including all exercises, assignments, leadership project topics, other learning materials, as well as the list of confirmed presenters.) Based on the DMHC Contract Manager’s review, the Contractor shall update/revise/modify as directed.
