Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall include all freight, shipping, delivery and handling costs in unit price, FOB destination. 2. No minimum quantity and/or cost per order may be required by Contractor, this contract is set up as per needed basis. 3. Contractor shall comply with all applicable local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. 4. Contractor shall insure adequate stock availability of contracted items. 5. Contractor shall not deliver any partial orders unless prior approval is obtained from the requesting department. 6. Contractor shall notify the requesting department within two (2) working days after placement of order of any items not in stock. 7. Contractor shall notify the County in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to introduction, replacement, or discontinuance of any product. 8. Contractor shall be required to provide a completed Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for each hazardous substance provided to the County under the contractor’s contract with the County. 9. Contractor guarantees that prices quoted are equal or less than prices quoted to any other local, State or Federal government entity for services of equal or lesser scope.
