Specifications include, but are not limited to: After meeting with City and Airport staff and stakeholders, develop two (2) three-year DBE Programs and Goals, in accordance with requirements set forth in 49 CFR Part 26, and two (2) three-year ACDBE Programs and Goals, in accordance with the requirements set forth in 49 CFR Part 23, both as required by the FAA, each no later than three (3) months prior to the FAA’s reporting deadlines below; 2. Present to the Airport Commission, other various outreach events, and City’s City Council the DBE and ACDBE Programs and Goals, all in sufficient time for City Council to review, deliberate and provide required approval of same in accordance with the “Council Meeting Approval” timeline below; and 3. After incorporating City Council direction (if any), submit the DBE and ACDBE Program and Goals for each reporting period to the FAA no later than one (1) month prior to the FAA’s reporting deadlines.
