District 8 Comprehensive Managed Lanes System Feasibility Study fulfills Federal Statewide Transportation Improvement Program goals and provides a tool to better understand programming priorities on the State Highway System for Caltrans District 8. This study will provide Managed Lane priorities for the district and a preliminary assessment of existing and planned managed lanes. These funds will be used to contract consultant services (with Caltrans oversight and guidance) to gather data, conduct analysis, perform public outreach, and report on specific aspects of the feasibility of adding to the planned fifty-six (56) mile Managed Lanes System in District 8.
