He/she may reject any unit which is determined not to be in conformance with these specifications. The contractor will place the toilet units. Specific location will be designated by the District Superintendent or his/her representative. Because of necessity, park personnel may move units. The units will be moved in a manner designated by the contractor. Park personnel shall not be held liable for any damage incurred through such movement. Interior Dimensions: Interior dimensions shall be a minimum of three feet three inches by three feet three inches (3'3" x 3'3") measured horizontally at one foot (1'0") above seat height. The average unobstructed height above the floor shall be six feet six inches (6'6"). Handicapped accessible units (if requested) shall meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance standards for such units. Entrance Door: Entrance doors shall close automatically by means of a spring or other self closing device.
