Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Complete and submit the “Outreach Approval Form” (Attachment B) to the OWS pursuant to Section 4.2. 2) Travel to outreach locations in an efficient manner, utilizing as few resources as possible. 3) Perform outreach as outlined in “Script Guidelines” (Attachment F). This includes communicating in and distributing documents in the manner and language that is accessible and appropriate to the specific audience. The following two (2) documents must be distributed to each Employee or Applicant: 1) the MWO brochure and 2) the FCIHO brochure. 4) Ensure that those performing work for this task have a thorough knowledge of the Minimum Wage Ordinance, including paid sick leave, and the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance. 5) Keep written and specific records related to each outreach visit as required by the “Activity Log” (Attachment C) and other supporting documentation, including photographs, as needed. 6) Complete and provide monthly invoices, reports, the “Activity Log” (Attachment C), and other supporting documentation to the OWS.
