The Consultant shall develop, implement, and facilitate community engagement (CE) activities (forums, focus groups, stakeholder interviews, and/or other interactive engagement processes that may include technology) to gather input from residents, community leaders, civic and health and human services organizations, behavioral health service consumers, family, or friends of consumers, about the County of San Diego’s Behavioral Health Services (BHS) continuum of care. The CE activities will engage participants on areas of substance use disorder and mental health services including prevention, and early intervention, and innovation. The consultant shall track and analyze data collected during CE activities, prepare a comprehensive report from the input gathered, and develop and administer surveys of participant satisfaction with the CE experience.
