Specifications include, but are not limited to: Occupational Therapist (OT) services include, but are not limited to: • Administrative services as required to maintain compliance with all applicable requirements for the CCS Program, and requisitioning from the Public Health Department the necessary record keeping forms and supplies for the MTU with approval of the CCS Administrator or designee. • Professional direct OT services may be performed according to the child’s Plan of Treatment at the MTU or other appropriate sites. Unusual circumstances will require advance approval by the CCS Administrator or designee. • Professional OT services shall be provided at the direction of the physician who has responsibility of the child’s Plan of Treatment. The State CCS consultants and MTU therapist staff will participate in quality assurance monitoring and ensure compliance with State or County mandates. • All necessary equipment and the space at the MTU shall be provided through the Tuolumne County Schools. The Public Health Department shall supply necessary supplies.
