Specifications include, but are not limited to: REQUIRED ANNUAL SERVICES a. Test and tune burners to obtain maximum combustion efficiency and emission levels that meet or exceed operating permit requirements. b. Provide Institution Contract Liaison with a diagnostic printout for each boiler inspected. c. Provide Institution Contract Liaison with certificate of calibration for combustion analyzer used in testing of boilers. d. Inspect and test safeties and relief valves per OSHA requirement, replace as required. e. Check and adjust all limit controls, and safety interlocks. f. Inspect all vent lines for leakage. g. Check oil/gas burner nozzle, swirler and spring for wear, replace as required. h. Check all fuel valves for proper operation. i. Clean strainers and filters on diesel lines and DA tank. j. Adjust burner and controls with a complete combustion test. Adjust linkage and dampers as needed. k. Verify boilers will operate on alternative fuel by testing. l. Provide calibration of fuel supply meter for each boiler. m. Calibrate and adjust all boiler and plant gauges, repair or replace as needed. n. Source Testing to maintain compliance with all applicable air pollution control regulations. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Air Pollution Control District on the protocols to be used in the Source Testing. The Contractor shall provide Institution Contract Liaison with a diagnostic printout for each boiler tested.
