Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. FULL CLEAN-UP All surface level debris and contaminant/biohazard removal and disposal not including soil remediation within 72-hour written notice from the City. Sites will be identified individually. 2. PARTIAL CLEAN-UP Removal and disposal of identified contaminants/biohazard to be completed within 72 hours after City of Tracy staff have completed bulk surface clean-up and removal. Sites will be identified individually. 3. BULKY ITEM/SURFACE LEVEL DEBRIS CLEAN-UP On an as-needed basis, all surface level items consisting of personal property are to be collected/bagged, tagged, and transported to Public Works facility for storage of personal items. Removal and disposal of debris related to illegal dumping. 4. SOIL REMEDIATION Disposal of top layer of soil potentially contaminated with bio-debris within 72- hour notice from City. Sites will be identified individually.
