Specifications include, but are not limited to: Biohazard Clean-Up and Removal Services in emergency and/or non-emergency situations, on an as-needed basis, and determined by the CITY. This bio-hazard clean-up service includes, but may not be limited to, the clean-up of blood, vomit, feces, drug related removal such as syringes, and any other situation in which the CITY determines the clean-up is hazardous to CITY employees and/or citizens. Clean-up would occur at CITY owned facilities, and/or landscape assessment areas, including basins, and/or public right of way (streets sidewalks). The biohazard shall be cleaned and/or removed and properly disposed of by the CONTRACTOR following all laws and regulations as it pertains to biohazard disposal. Drums and containers used during the clean-up shall meet the appropriate U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), OSHA, and EPA regulations for the wastes that they contain.
