Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Care for people with behavioral health conditions who require substantial daily support, consistent with specifications for an “Enhanced Behavioral Support Home” licensed as an Adult Care Facility (commonly known as Board & Care) by the State of California Community Care Licensing Division. • Temporary and/or transitional housing and support for people with substance use disorder consistent with “Residential Recovery” settings (sober living arrangements for people concurrently enrolled in clinical SUD treatment). • Residential mental health treatment services, including crisis residential programs, for homeless populations including youth and transition age youth. • Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment programs, inclusive of withdrawal management/detoxification services. • Other temporary and/or transitional housing for homeless populations with behavioral health service needs that may include a focus on youth who are the victims of commercial sexual exploitation. • Information and technology hardware, software and services focusing on those that support telehealth, data integration and innovation that will optimize access and care for individuals with behavioral healthcare needs
