Specifications include, but are not limited to: Aviation environmental planning and environmental impact evaluation consulting services, with expertise in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analysis, for evaluation of a to-be-determined group of interrelated project components at Oakland International Airport (OAK). In recent years, passenger enplanements at OAK have increased from 11 million annual passengers (MAP) in calendar year 2015 to 13 MAP in calendar year 2017, and it is anticipated that traffic will exceed 14 MAP in 2018. The Port anticipates the need to expand facilities and is currently planning this future development. The Port intends to enter into one contract with the selected consultant for CEQA and NEPA services.
