Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Perform all Departure and Arrival Fieldwork Services using ACI’s ASQ methodology found in Appendix F. The survey volume per quarter is estimated to be 2,000 Departure Surveys and 250 Arrival Surveys. 2. Guest Satisfaction Surveys: • Design, develop, and execute a survey strategy and methodology to measure guest satisfaction with quality of services and facilities at SFO. • Acquire appropriate staff capable of conducting face to face interviews in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish in order to collect approximately 4,000 valid survey responses per year. • Determine the most effective survey methodology tool to use (i.e. paper, tablet, online, etc.). • In developing the survey questions, consider SFO’s passengers’ typologies and develop a comprehensive understanding of their different needs, expectations, preferences, and behaviors. • Collect an adequate sample of surveys to provide the Airport with strategic guidance. • Perform all Guest Satisfaction Survey fieldwork services. Analyze survey results within 30 days from the last interview of the survey, and provide raw data and data tables. • Provide a report of findings in a format appropriate for review by senior management and airport staff within 60 days of the end of sampling.
