Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Respondent will provide, at its sole cost and expense, all necessary utility and data connections, facility build-outs, including materials, software, hardware, supplies and labor, to ensure that the ATM displays are designed, built and installed in compliance with JWA standards and applicable building codes. All other costs associated with the foregoing, shall be the responsibility of the Respondent. Have a paper receipt option. Have posted a 24-hour service number with procedures for reporting problems. Be operational and available for use 24-hours a day, 7 days a week (including Holidays). Be able to execute transactions using a variety of credit, debit, and ATM cards. The ATMs shall access at least three national networks (i.e., Cirrus, Plus, Star, Explore etc.) If offering pre-paid/gift cards, or stamps, must be able to execute transactions accepting cash payments. At a minimum, provide access to each of the following debit/credit card networks: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Shall display all written directions necessary to instruct customers in the operation of the ATM and a list of ATM transaction fees, transaction surcharges, or any other fees charged and to whom the transaction fees and/or surcharges apply. Shall either electronically display or have affixed to them information for obtaining ATM services and/or refunds. Shall conduct all transactions in United States currency for withdrawals. The use of available bill denominations in addition to twenty dollars ($20) is encouraged but is not required.
