Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition of the existing commercial uses on the site. •Construction of a five-story (65-foot tall) apartment/commercial building that would wrap around a five-level parking structure, and a second smaller three-story building located in the southwest corner of the site. •The residential component for the project would include 309-units comprised of one, two, and three-bedroom residences. These residential units would include 283 market rate apartments and 26 affordable apartments. The three-story stand alone building located on the southwest corner of the site would consist solely of 10 apartment units with individual garages. The remaining 299 apartment units would be contained within the five-story mixed-use building.
