Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) 3-day Initial training (8 hours/day, 60 staff/training) 2) 1-day Booster training (8 hours/day, 60 staff/training) 3) Consultative Services a. Consultation Calls i. One (1) weekly telephone call, 85 minutes long, eight (8) clinicians per call group for 24 weeks. b. Review of three (3) clinical audio recordings and two (2) case conceptualizations per clinician. i. DBT trainers to review each tape recording and use the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Rating Scale (DBTRS) to determine if the staff meets adherence (score of 36+) ii. DBT trainers to review each case conceptualization and use the DBT Case Review Rating Scale (DBT-CRRS) to determine if the staff meets adherence (score of 20+). a. Consultation Calls i. One (1) weekly telephone call per week, 55 minutes long, five (5) clinicians per call for 12 calls. b. Review of two (2) clinical session audio recordings, two (2) case conceptualizations and one (1) personal supervisory model. i. DBT qualified trainers to review two tape recordings of a champion’s supervisee DBT session. Champion and DBT qualified trainer will use the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Rating Scale (DBTRS) and score the tape recording independently. The champion must score the audio recording within 5 points of the DBT certified trainer (+ or – 5).
