Description

The work includes replacement of two existing HVAC package units on the roof with four split systems of equal capacity. The existing units will be removed, a new single ply roof will be installed, and then four new outside gas fired units will be placed on new platforms. Some exterior wall patching will be needed where the previous ductwork will be removed. There will be 4 new fan coils located within the building, which includes new ductwork, gas connections and new ventilation to the exterior walls. A new control system is to be included as well. There are new electrical panels to be placed per plans.
