Specifications include, but are not limited to: The security firm shall provide all manpower material, supplies and equipment necessary to perform and complete services, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and insure the effective performance of all services described herein. The security firm shall provide security services in accordance with the following requirements at: City of Victorville City Hall 14343 Civic Drive Victorville, CA 92392 And Victorville City Library 15011 Circle Drive Victorville, CA 92395 The firm shall provide appropriately equipped and well-trained, certified and/or licensed security guards for the protection of the City’s employees, the general public and the property during regular business hours.
