Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing unarmed guard during regular business hours. The City desires to enter into an agreement for professional services with a qualified Firm who can demonstrate competency and experience in providing guard services. The security firm shall provide all manpower material, supplies and equipment necessary to perform and complete services, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and insure the effective performance of all services described herein.
