Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall furnish the following trash and recycling bins, as well as provide pick-up, transport, and disposal services for the following locations: 1) West Sacramento Maintenance Station a) Two (2) 40-cubic yard (CY) bin(s) – with retractable cover(s) – for general trash and debris b) Five (5) 20 CY bin(s) – with retractable cover(s) – for general trash and debris 2) Woodland Maintenance Station a) One (1) 40 CY bin(s) – with retractable cover(s) – for general trash and debris b) One (1) 20 CY bin(s) – with retractable cover(s) – for general trash and debris 3) Esparto Maintenance Station a) One (1) 30 CY bin(s) – with retractable cover(s) – for general trash and debris 4) Dunnigan Roadside Rest Area – Northbound I-5 a) One (1) 30 CY bin(s) – with retractable cover(s) – for general trash and debris 5) Dunnigan Roadside Rest Area – Southbound I-5 at Dunnigan a) One (1) 30 CY bin(s) – with retractable cover(s) – for general trash and debris B. All containers shall be placed in a location approved by the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee. C. All containers shall have retractable covers that operate smoothly and with ease, so containers remain covered in accordance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water requirements.
