All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1 Option One: • Specialty mental health services for children and youth residing throughout Placer County, excluding the Tahoe area which will be served under a separate catchment. Including Psychiatry/ medication support services that can be initiated in a variety of methods, although the preference is for psychiatry/ medication support services to be provided in person. • Specialty mental health services for children and youth referred by the county. This includes intensive outpatient therapy and early intervention services to prevent youth from entering deeper end Behavioral Health services, formal Child Welfare Services, and Probation services. 4.1.2 Option Two: • High Fidelity Wraparound FSP services including Support counselor positions to more intensely support individual therapy for children/ youth, in the home and in the community. Psychiatry/ Medication support will be required for this population as well. 4.1.3 Option Three: • Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS). Services to be provided countywide; however, services in Tahoe are very rare. This option is for those providers that already have training and experience providing TBS.
