Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to provide “as needed” maintenance and repair services for the EDD Southern Field Offices during those periods of time when an EDD Maintenance Mechanic is unable or unavailable to provide services. The EDD does not guarantee a specific amount of work under this Agreement. Any quantities of work listed are to be considered estimates only, unless otherwise specified. B. The amount indicated on the Attachment B-1, Cost Breakdown Worksheet, will be full compensation for all labor, tools, equipment, overhead, vehicle usage, wear and tear of tools, etc. for each task. All travel costs (travel time, mileage and per diem) associated with work accomplished in this Agreement are to be included in the hourly bid. TRAVEL TIME WILL BE AT THE CONTRACTOR’S EXPENSE. C.
