Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Safety Provider will conduct onsite safety inspections as required. 2. Safety Provider will attend and provide training, guidance and direction at project coordination meetings. 3. Safety Provider will conduct monthly jobsite inspections, or as needed in special situations. 4. Safety Provider will conduct one project kick-off meeting per project along with plan review. 5. Safety Provider will provide on call services for incident responses for the duration of the project. 6. Safety Provider will review, recommend and update as necessary all current safety programs and develop new safety programs based upon the District’s needs. 7. Safety Provider will review and recommend Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements to the District as needed. 8. Safety Provider will recommend safety equipment purchases when deemed necessary. 9. Safety Provider will monitor all safety devices throughout the project. 10. Safety Provider will prepare an annual report summarizing the activities and accomplishments in the District’s Safety Program. 11. Provide training services for construction and non-construction related staff (ie. maintenance staff).
