Specifications include, but are not limited to: Additional survey boundary survey required to tie property lines and corners to sewer design and produce easement documents. City benchmark information shall be used for vertical control. Street centerlines and record rights of way and easements for the surrounding streets and properties shall be computed from deeds and publicly available record maps. Field Topographical survey - Surveys shall be performed within the project area to supplement and verify the aerial mapping (provided by City). The ground topographic surveys shall locate and obtain elevations of existing sewer manholes, existing sewer pipeline invert elevations at manholes, structures, fences, and other visible features not shown on the aerial mapping.
