Specifications include, but are not limited to: To remove and replace existing exterior aluminum storefront systems and interior theater doors and entry systems with new/updated, ADA compliant and heavy occupancy friendly doors that use the districts SFIC core lock system and are also integrated with the district’s existing Continental door access control system. Actions: • Remove and replace the STANLEY sliding glass doors on the north and south entrances. o Needs to be ADA compliant with button operation on a pedestal. o Needs to be tied into Door Access Control. o To have motion sensor activation from the inside. ▪ Also from outside when scheduled to be unlocked. • Remove and replace the aluminum storefront double glass doors on the north, east and west sides of the building. o Remove and fill in the closures that are built into the ground to match existing . o Structure/frame of door to have wider style aluminum frame around door. o All aluminum framing to match existing window framing (not coming out). o Needs to be tied into D.A.C. o New panic hardware and closures. o Pull handles and keyways on outside of doors only / no levers. o With keyed removeable mullions between the doors. • Remove and replace the 4 pairs of interior wooden doors that lead into theater seating area. o Stained and clear coated to district spec TBD. o No windows mounted in them. o New closures, pull handles, locks and panic hardware (dawg-able). o No center mullion on these doors allowed. o All doors should be fire rated. o Outer sets of doors need to lock, the inner doors do not need to lock
