Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms to provide and implement a replacement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Land Management System (LMS). The City seeks a qualified firm (Proposer) with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, proven state-of-the-art solution. The new ERP/LMS system should meet the following objectives: A. Enhance internal communications through the use of updated information technology solutions and improved business processes. B. Support continual innovation to encourage implementation of best business practices (i.e. encourage streamlining and automation of standard business transactions, enhanced processing and on-line capabilities, etc.). C. Provide enhanced features and functionality to support increased automation and operational efficiencies (i.e. workflow, self-service, document imaging, personnel actions, accounts receivable, integrated cashiering, refunds, grant management, CIP project management, etc.).
