Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing and implementing a replacement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The County seeks a qualified firm (Proposer) with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, proven state-of-the-art solution. The County will be looking to partner with the selected vendor to provide the associated professional services to complete implementation. The County is interested in a single solution that has the ability to support the functionality identified below: General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable - General Billing Treasury / Cashiering Budgeting Procurement/ Purchasing / Fixed Asset Management Grant Management Vendor Management Contract Management Human Resources Performance Reviews Position Control Payroll Time and Attendance Project Management Benefits Administration Onboarding Recruitment Inventory / Warehouse Management Training and Certification Personnel Actions Employee Self-Service Separation/Off boarding Workflow Reporting Document Management User Interface In addition to the software functionality identified above, the selected firm will be expected to provide professional services that will ensure a successful implementation, including: Project Implementation Project Management Business Process Review and Redesign Software Installation and Configuration Data Conversion Documentation Training Software Maintenance and Support The County is interested in evaluating premise-based, cloud-based or managed services solutions and software delivery models.
