The Work under this contract shall be performed entirely within the City of Burbank, and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services, and performing all work necessary for the Roof Replacement and/or Restoration - Multiple Buildings project all in compliance with the City's Bid Schedule No. 1419. *Includes work at eight (8) occupied City buildings. provide Logistics Plan and coordinate all parking and staging of materials with City. *Coordination and scheduling of start/stop dates for all buildings and specific roofing tasks to accommodate the safety and programming needs of the City. *Coordination of any Hazardous Materials remediation efforts required within the scope of the work, including lead and asbestos. All abatement work and general environmental air quality will be monitored by the City's Hazardous Material Consultant throughout construction and remediated by City's Hazardous Materials Contractor.
