Specifications include, but are not limited to: 6.1. Contractor shall perform the work in accordance with each specific TO issued by The County of San Diego. 6.2. Installation, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair 6.2.1. Genetec camera, panic alarm, and recording systems, testing, maintenance, installation, repair and support in County facilities and grounds. 6.2.2. Perform monthly system maintenance and health status reports on the main Genetec servers, and workstations. Provide documentation and on-site service history. 6.2.3. Perform software upgrades as recommended by the manufacturer and in conjunction with the Sheriff’s IT group. These upgrades to include Genetec equipment and related hardware including workstations, cameras, panic buttons, and related alarm systems. 6.2.4. Perform firmware updates if necessary to Genetec equipment and related hardware including workstations, cameras, panic buttons, and related alarm systems. 6.2.5. Contractor shall provide estimates for repair or upgrades needed relating to the Genetec equipment to the COR. Contractor to provide recommendations for all upgrades and needed repairs on all Genetec and related equipment. 6.2.6. Install camera licenses relating to the Genetec system upon request. Contractor shall provide all necessary programming. 6.2.7. Install workstation licenses relating to the Genetec system upon request. Contractor shall provide all necessary programming. 6.2.8. Contractor shall add cameras to the Genetec system upon request. This includes all necessary programming. Replace cameras as needed and approved by the COR to the Genetec system. 6.2.9. Add storage Hard Drive Disk (HDD) relating to the Genetec system upon request and approval from the COR. To include all necessary programming. 6.2.10. Add Network Power Over Ethernet (POE) switches upon request and approval from the COR relating to the Genetec system. This includes all necessary programming. Replace switches if needed. 6.2.11. Add monitors upon request relating to the Genetec system. This includes all necessary programming. Replace monitors if needed and with approval from the COR. 6.2.12. Add panic buttons related to relating to the Genetec system upon request. This includes all necessary programming. Replace panic buttons if needed and with approval from the COR. 6.2.13. Add workstations upon request relating to the Genetec system. This includes all necessary programming. Replace workstations if needed and with approval from the COR. 6.2.14. Installation, repair, programming and maintenance of CCTV systems and components related to Genetec. To include but not limited to cameras in all formats i.e., IP, analog, wireless video transmission systems. The installation, repair, programming and maintenance of digital recording devices, monitors, mounts, video storage, housings, switches, conduit, cabling, storage racks, panic buttons, and all required hardware. 6.2.15. Installation, repair programming, and maintenance of panic, hold up, and duress system controls activating devices, indicating appliances, keypads, cabling, and related hardware to the Genetec systems. 6.3. Contractor shall service existing equipment. Examples of existing equipment include but are not limited to the following: Genetec, Bosch, Axis, Continental, and DSC. 6.4. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and permits necessary to comply with the applicable project. The contractor may not markup materials for any project or task (receipts may be required). Note: The County reserves the right to furnish all materials that may be necessary to complete a given project or task. 6.5. Contractor shall provide superintendent, all labor, management, supervision, materials, parts, equipment, transportation, and subcontractors necessary to maintain, repair, remove, install, program, startup, test, and commission all systems included in the project. 6.6. Contractor shall perform minor electrical work to include, power supplies outlets, necessary additional circuits and breakers related to a given project or task.
