Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1.1 The work will include low voltage security, closed circuit television (CCTV), access control, related access door hardware, duress, hold-up, panic alarms, transponders and all required cabling, power supplies, all necessary hardware and enclosures. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements must be complied with on all projects. 5.1.2 Work to be performed will include, but not limited to, county-wide access controls, CCTV systems, intrusion detection systems, panic, duress, hold up and various other low voltage alarm monitoring devices and controls. 5.1.3 The installation, repair and maintenance of intrusion detection systems (Security Systems). Including but not limited to, Bosch, Napco, Radionics, Optex, Continental, DSC controls and components. 5.1.4 The installation and maintenance of security system devices, including but not limited to, motion sensors, point to point beams, door contacts, keypads, sirens, strobes, cabling, power supplies, glass break sensors, temperature sensors, transponders, leak detection devices, fence alarm system sensors and cabling. All conduit and hardware associated with these systems or devices. 5.1.5 The installation, repair and maintenance of CCTV systems and components. Including but not limited to cameras in all formats, i.e., IP, analog, wireless video transmission systems etc. Also, to include digital recording devices, monitors, mounts, video storage, housings, switches, conduit, cabling as required by camera type, storage racks and all hardware as necessary. 5.1.6 The installation, repair and maintenance of access control systems, including Continental Systems control panels, readers and components. Also, to include the installation and programming of LAN adapters, required door hardware, locks, magnetic locks, electrified locksets, electric strikes and related hardware, cabling to include data lines and all device wiring, exit devices and any ADA required devices or components. 5.1.7 The installation, repair and maintenance of panic, hold-up and duress system controls, actuating devices, indicating appliances, keypads, cabling and all related hardware. 5.1.8 The installation, repair and maintenance of various other low voltage systems, including but not limited to, temperature sensors, moisture sensors, glass break sensors, all necessary cabling and alarm transmission equipment.
