Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide Prescription Filling and Pharmacy Benefits Administration Services, and Physician Orders and Administration Records Generation to clients residing at Canyon Springs. Contractor will also provide reports and forms as required. Products are to be delivered to Canyon Springs, 69-696 Ramon Road, Cathedral City. Deliveries can be required multiple times per day, seven days per week. Contractor agrees to provide pharmacist assessment/consultation support services for the clients of Canyon Springs as requested by the Canyon Springs’ (CS) Project Representative. Services will be primarily provided in person with tele pharmacy services as appropriate.
