Specifications include, but are not limited to: Firms demonstrating successful experience in providing pre and post implementation of Oracle ERP system implementation services to local government agencies. These services will be used to provide assurance to the Office of the Controller - City Services Auditor (CSA) and/or Accounting Operations and Systems Division (AOSD) that the Oracle ERP system implementation meets stakeholder requirements. Desired areas of expertise include audits and/or assessment of Oracle ERP implementation in local government environments, including high-level system design review, data conversion reviews, integration testing reviews, detailed business process assessment, golive readiness assessments, and post-implementation audits.
