Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. SMART is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide as-needed consultation services and support for SMART’s Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP). Services will be requested on either a time and materials basis or task order basis depending on the scope of work requested. B. Consultant is expected to perform the work using on-shore personnel and resources with the majority of the work to be conducted remotely. C. Consultant shall provide SMART with 24/7/365 access to technical assistance. D. Consultant services requested while under contract may include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Support of Base Oracle Code and SMART customizations in both SMART’s production and test environments. b. Support of the following Products/Modules: 1. Oracle Fusion Financials a. General Ledger b. Accounts Payable c. Accounts Receivable d. Cash Management e. Fixed Assets f. Purchasing/Procurement g. Supplier/Vendor Management h. Project Costing i. Project Controls j. Other modules if added in the future c. Incident Management 1. Report Errors 2. Stuck Transactions 3. Missing Data 4. Interface Issues 5. Period Close Issues 6. Form Errors 7. Oracle Support SR Management 8. Any other issues resulting in an interruption during normal business operations.
