Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Applicant will provide organizational development services by completing a comprehensive assessment of different key areas of ICPHD. The Applicant will work closely with ICPHD staff and potentially other awarded applicants on the development of multifaceted frameworks meant to contribute to the updating of the overarching Department Strategic Plan. The applicant shall assist the Department in achieving national accreditation by aligning the work to Public Health Accreditation Board standards and measures. This includes but is not limited to the performance management and quality improvement area of focus within this scope of work. It is intended that the assessment of the Department shall, at a minimum, identify priority projects for personnel development, stakeholder engagement, and communication by ensuring that the Department has adequate resources available for personnel during emergency and non-emergency operations and for successful public health service delivery.
