Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The mobile observation tower shall come equipped with a tow hitch and have a minimum height of 20 feet when fully extended. B. The tower structure shall offer a minimum level NIJ IV ballistic protection. C. The tower shall have a secure access system, such as a ladder or stairs, that meets relevant safety standards. D. The tower shall have an enclosed cabin to protect personnel and equipment from sun and rain. E. The tower shall be equipped with shore power capability as well as a gas generator or solar panels, to support lighting and the operation of electronic devices. F. The tower shall be equipped with a public address system, to facilitate effective communication between personnel on the tower and the ground. G. The tower shall integrate CCTV or security camera technology to enhance security and crowd monitoring capabilities. H. To ensure compatibility with the City's existing video security system, the tower shall utilize a Genetec-based system including an onboard Genetec video recorder and be capable of streaming high quality video. The City may require exact make/model of Genetec system. I. Video Recorder shall have sufficient storage to maintain video footage for a minimum of 2 weeks. J. The tower shall have hardwire and wireless internet connectivity for remote security camera streaming. K. The tower shall have an ergonomic design with appropriate seating, air conditioning/heat, workspaces, and safety measures to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of 2 personnel. L. The tower shall comply with all relevant safety standards, including those set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
