North County Transit District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to (1) supply 100 percent of guaranteed non-interruptible supply of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) for NCTD's transportation needs by displacing conventional CNG using the current on-demand pipeline infrastructure provided through SDG&E; and (2) deliver comprehensive environmental commodities brokerage services that make all mandated reports to regulatory agencies and obtain best market returns, including the LCFS program as outlined in California Assembly Bill AB32 and Renewable Identification Numbers (RIN) (federal) credits generated through the use of green gas or any other green sources (including credits generated from the use of renewable diesel, electricity, and hydrogen)
