Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide a disposal site for the disposal of compacted and/or loose garbage and/or rubbish including, but not limited to wood, wood pallets, tree trimmings, stumps, logs, brush sweepings, auto tires, truck and tractor tires, wet garbage, asphalt, concrete, dirt, animal carcasses, and other waste material from Caltrans maintenance and landscape crews working out of the Solano County Maintenance Stations. B. These materials are not pre-determined to be hazardous waste. C. Contractor shall inspect the materials before taking possession of the materials. The trash is not expected to include hazardous waste. However, if hazardous waste is encountered, the Contractor shall notify the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee. D. Caltrans Contract Manager or designee will direct a hazardous waste removal contractor to process and dispose of the hazardous waste.
