Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Riverside University Health System – Community Health Centers (RUH-CHCs) is soliciting quotations for a new Health Mobile Unit, as detailed in Exhibit “A,” to provide primary care and oral health services. As part of RUHS-CHCs strategic plan to expand access to care throughout the county, the mobile health unit will aide in providing access to those with limited transportation in the county's most rural areas. Vendors are required to meet or exceed the specifications listed in this RFQ. The RUHS Department will purchase directly from the lowest most responsible, responsive vendor without negotiation; therefore, bidders should submit their lowest pricing initially in Exhibit “A” of this RFQ.
