Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals as specified and required for the construction of a new aquatics and senior center building that includes a lobby and reception area, staff offices, conference room, break room, senior program room, kitchen and pantry, storage, electrical room, lifeguard room, men and women’s restrooms with showers and lockers, custodial rooms, program rooms, lounge, balcony, elevator, and pool equipment/storage/trash building, telecommunication/AV & security system and photovoltaic system as shown on plans. Construction of a new recreation swimming pool, pool deck, piping, equipment and finishes as shown on plans. New shade structures, bleacher seating, perimeter walls, low walls, barbeque grill, site hardscape paving, ADA parking lot, fencing, gates, outdoor fitness equipment, site furnishings, site lighting, tree and shrub plantings, irrigation, and all other items as required to provide a completely operational facility.
