Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Meal RequirementsoProvide a minimum of 2 main meals a day, up to 3 meals a day depending on shelter demand.oChange up menu as to have a variety of meal options and avoid repetition oProvide locally sourced fruit/vegetablesoProvide snacks for in-between meals•Delivery RequirementsoThe vendor will be responsible for the delivery of meals under appropriate food handling guidelines. However, County is willing to work with vendors on providing delivery service.•Vendor RequirementsoProvide proper food handling practicesoProvide culturally appropriate meals oProvide utensilsoVendor interest will be accepted at a minimum service level of 2 meals a day (up to 3 depending on demand) for 30 people per day up to a current maximum service level of 1000 meals a day delivered throughout the County.•Recordkeeping oVendors must have the capability to invoice the County Invoice must include delivery location and number of meals served each day, or equivalent daily record. oAll submissions to the County and payments from the County will be carried out electronically
