Contractor shall work closely with Airport’s Facilities Maintenance staff to gather, review, analyze, maintain, and report on contracts with data such as cost, proposed scope, and schedule information to enable Facilities Maintenance Management to research, fund, and prioritize the division’s contracting needs. Key services include: 1.2.1. Develop and maintain a contract database to track and manage all of Facilities contracts. 1.2.2. Analyze the existing contract management processes and provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency. 1.2.3. Identify and recommend a process and/or procedure for managing new contract requests and communication protocols. 1.2.4. Conduct and take minutes of regular contract status meetings with Facilities Maintenance Management, and other related meetings at the request of the Airport. Provide timely detailed minutes summary to Airport staff as directed. 1.2.5. Engage and work with other Airport divisions and/or other City Departments to uniformly exchange information relating to maintenance at the Airport. 1.2.6. Ensure that Airport Facilities Maintenance Management receives consistent and accurate reporting to assist in identifying and resolving issues. 1.2.7. Engage and work with the Airport’s Design & Construction division to coordinate warranty and maintenance provisions in contracts procured for capital projects.
