Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Pier 70 Special Use District Development Project (“Project”) includes of substantial site infrastructure improvements to prepare the site for residential, commercial, and retail development. Environmental Consulting and Monitoring Services will be required during the following improvements: Site grading and demolition of buried structures in conflict with future excavation areas Relocation of existing facilities currently serving Pier 70 Installation of new wet and dry utilities necessary to support the Project Construction of new roadways and sidewalks Development of parks and openspace, including shoreline improvements Vertical development of residential, commercial, and retail buildings
