Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services requested through this RFO will provide SCO with two Enterprise Resource Planning1(ERP) Executive Management Advisor resources, consisting of one full-time resource (lead person) and one part-time resource, to advise SCO Executive Management on strategies to ensure that SCO requirements and business objectives are successfully met via the planning of the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) ERP system. The ERP Executive Management Advisors will advise SCO Executive Management as follows: 1) analyze the FI$Cal ERP Project relative to best-practices and standards for public sector ERP initiatives, and make recommendations to SCO regarding ERP, 2) advise SCO regarding best-practices, development strategies and the application of them relative to successful public sector ERP initiatives, 3) review project documents and make written recommendations, 4) provide ERP expertise and recommendations to optimize business and technical, strategic and tactical decisions, and 5) provide expertise and recommendations regarding change management strategies. The Offeror will be responsible for providing project management services through the term of the Contract.
