Medical Services Provider for Post-Offer Medical, Department of Motor Vehicles, OSHA Respirator Medical Clearance, Fitness for Duty, Reasonable Suspicion, Tuberculosis Testing, Vaccinations, and Management Physical Exams described in Medical Exam Types 1 through 12. It is the City’s intent to obtain one medical provider or group to perform all necessary medical services for City applicants and employees. This will enable the City to effectively administer the Physical Examination Policy and streamline the medical examination process. The City schedules approximately 300 exams annually. The following are the types of medical services that the City requires.
