Debris Operations • Conduct debris clearance operations as directed by the County’s Debris Management Coordinator, ensuring compliance with FEMA PA Program guidelines for eligibility and reimbursement. • Collect and remove debris from public rights-of-way, streets, roads, flood control facilities, ditches, and other public properties in compliance with 44 CFR § 206.224 and Cal OES regulations. Permitting and Regulatory Compliance • Obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits in accordance with Cal OES and FEMA environmental and historic preservation (EHP) regulations. • Ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and local environmental protection laws, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
