Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified and responsible attorneys or law firms to provide legal services to the County in connection with issues related to the County’s IT sourcing efforts and important facets of IT operations. More specifically, the County is soliciting SOQs from qualified attorneys or firms with broad experience in voice and data network services, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), data center operations, IT security services, service desk operations, desktop support, and applications services (“IT Operations”) to provide legal services related to: IT outsourcing agreements; extensive experience creating, drafting, and negotiating service level agreements; IT procurement including government procurement of intellectual property rights in technical data, computer software, information technology, and computer equipment; scope of work development; the development and review of request for proposals; contract drafting and negotiation; technology implementation; contract/vendor/performance management matters; and other post-award advisory matters.
