Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Engage Planning Team members, especially for project awareness, identification of various partners’ response roles, and to conduct needs assessment planning for emergency MCM distribution, especially RSS warehouse and MCM delivery operations 2) Identify response partners’ capabilities to support response needs of local MCM distribution activities for both RSS warehouse and MCM delivery operations, especially those processes, procedures and resource requirements that are related to the physical redistribution of the antibiotics during the initial response to an anthrax attack incident 3) Identify response partners’ capabilities to jointly support response needs for tactical communications and information sharing requirements of MCM distribution 4) Codify development of the RSS Partners Appendix to the Operational Area MCM Plan, which will include rapid activation and sustained operations of both RSS warehouse and MCM delivery operations, especially supporting deliveries of antibiotics to Medical Points of Dispensing (MPODs) for prompt use for Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) 5) Produce a new training curriculum of no longer than three hours in length for appropriate response partners’ staff, as related to the new RSS Partners Appendix
