Specifications include, but are not limited to: HIGH-LEVEL PROJECT OVERVIEW AND OBJECTIVE Firm shall provide software to accomplish the following: 1. Produce GAAP compliant financial statements. 2. Produce all components (cover, organizational charts, graphs, text files, spreadsheets, scanned documents) of the CAFR using a single software solution. 3. Publish the CAFR from a single software solution to a Portable Document Format (PDF). 4. Support eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) reporting. 5. Ability to save and review multiple versions including the final CAFR. 6. Support staff to address issues or technical problems. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Explain the process to successfully plan and implement services to support the automation of OCTA’s CAFR. 1. Import (e.g. interfaces, extracts) and map (single/multiple/level) data from OneSolution Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application and other databases into the software solution. 2. Incorporate documents from Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio. 3. Users should have the ability to reload a new set of financial data into the application and have the entire report update automatically. 4. Produce financial statement on the modified accrual and accrual basis of accounting; including the conversion from modified accrual to the accrual basis of accounting. 5. Provide financial statements that auto calculate, link, foot and cross foot. 6. Capable of adding annotate references (e.g., tick marks or footnotes)
